1. What this policy covers
This policy explains what information Warrior Men (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit warriormen.com and how we use it. The site is informational: it describes the training we offer and tells you how to contact us. It does not sell products online, take payment, or require an account.
2. Information you give us
We receive the information you choose to send when you email glen@warriormen.com or call 937-673-4275. That is usually your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the content of your message. Please do not send us anything you would not want stored — in particular, do not send account numbers, tax documents, or passwords.
3. Information collected automatically
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not include third-party analytics or marketing pixels. Basic technical records may be created by the hosting provider in the normal course of serving a web page (for example, request logs used for security and uptime). We do not build advertising profiles from your visit.
4. How we use information
To reply to your enquiry, to discuss whether the training fits your situation, and — if you enrol — to deliver the training and keep records of that relationship. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. If we ever need to use a service provider that handles enquiry mail on our behalf, it is used only to operate our email and is not permitted to use your information for its own purposes.
5. Text messages
We do not currently send marketing text messages and do not collect consent to send them. If you message us by phone or text, we will use that channel only to reply to the conversation you started. If we ever introduce messaging campaigns, this policy will be updated first and separate, explicit consent will be requested before any marketing message is sent.
6. Retention
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to answer you and to follow up sensibly. Records tied to a training relationship are kept as long as needed for that relationship and for legitimate bookkeeping. Ask us and we will delete your enquiry details where we are able to.
7. Your choices
You can email us at glen@warriormen.com to ask what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion. You can also simply choose not to send us information — the site is readable without contacting us.
8. Children
The site and the training are directed at adults. We do not seek information from anyone under 18 and ask that such visitors do not send us personal information.
9. Other websites
Where we link to another website, that site has its own privacy practices. We are not responsible for them, so read their policy before you share anything.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this page as the site or our practices change. The revision date at the top shows when it last changed; material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
